Moe is putting the final touches on her Peruvian cookery book and will be publishing soon.
After photographing the Inca Trail for charity Action Medical Research, Moe met with some of Peru's top chefs learning about the country's unique and delicious cuisine. Her collection of recipes will be combined with her photography of this stunning land and its people in an upcoming recipe book.

Moe has now relocated down to the seaside. She is now based in Brighton and is available for commissions in the area. She is still available for studio and location shoots in London based in W3 studios as well as commissions around the country and the world.
